Drop in a customer or rep file (.csv or .xlsx) or paste a WhatsApp / email list, and this tool will normalise everything to STOCK NO,QTY, then generate a ZIP with smaller files each containing up to 17 data rows for Tecfinity-friendly uploads.

Header is always rewritten as: STOCK NO,QTY
Only the first two columns (A = STOCK NO, B = QTY) are used. Everything runs in your browser – source data never leaves this device.

Supported patterns include: STOCK QTY, STOCK x QTY, STOCK - QTY, STOCK , QTY, STOCK * QTY, STOCK # QTY, STOCK . QTY, QTY STOCK, QTY x STOCK, QTY - STOCK, QTY , STOCK, QTY * STOCK, QTY # STOCK, QTY . STOCK, QTY = STOCK, QTY / STOCK.
The tool will detect all pairs, sum duplicates per STOCK, normalise to STOCK NO,QTY and then split using your rows-per-file setting.

Tip: Make sure each stock/qty pair is on its own line or at the end of a sentence.

Rows per output file: Recommended: 17 data rows per file (header not counted). Applies to both file upload and pasted text.

Output: one .zip named MACHINEID_split.zip (e.g. AB27QX_split.zip), containing a folder MACHINEID_split with files like MACHINEID-1.csv, MACHINEID-2.csv, etc.
Each file contains: Column A = STOCK NO, Column B = QTY, with a fixed header STOCK NO,QTY. All parsing and splitting happen locally in this browser tab.
